Two Joint publications on our 3D microfluidic platforms

ciPTEC maintains its functionality in 3D fluidic cultures and secretes a proximal tubule specific miRNA pattern upon toxicant exposures. This work demonstrates the feasibility of ciPTEC to be used in 3D drug screenings.

AAPS Journal published two papers using our ciPTEC platforms in the microfluidic OrganoPlate. The work was a collaboration with MIMETAS BV, FHNW and Utrecht University and the result of the NephroTube Challenge funded by the UK NC3Rs.
